OriBio™ D2K Wide Range DNA Ladder is recommended for sizing and approximate quantification of a wide range of linear double-stranded DNA fragments from 100 bp-2 kb. The ladder consists of 6 linear double-stranded DNA fragments, and is premixed with 1× DNA loading dye for direct loading on agarose gel. The 750bp fragment has increased intensity to serve as a reference band. The approximate mass of DNA in each of the bands is provided (base on a 5 µl/lane load) for estimation of sample DNA mass.

10 mM Tris-Cl (pH 8.4), 10 mM EDTA, 0.02% bromophenol blue, 5% glycerol.
Store at room temperature for 3 months, 4℃ for 1 year. For longer periods, store at -20℃. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
